Simple and Efficient Quoting Begins on Step 1 - where you can enter your group's information and select the effective date!

Starting a New Quote:

In your dashboard, select "New Quote."

Adding a New Group:

If your group isn't within Benefix yet, you can click on the + icon under 'Group Actions' to create a new group!

Here, you will fill in your group's information, including their name and location. Although not required, level-funded and some ancillary carriers will not be available if a SIC is not provided. The number of pay periods per year is also optional but useful if you would like to include that information within your proposal.

*NOTE* Some zip codes will fall under multiple counties. To avoid eligibility issues, you must select your group's correct county of residence.

Selecting a Group already within Benefix:

If your group is already within Benefix, you can select it from the drop-down menu!

Adjusting the Effective Date:

Within the first step of the quoting process, you will also select your group's effective date and name your quote accordingly. Click "Next" to continue.

Changing the Quote's Name:

If you would like, you can also add a custom name for your quote within the 'Quote Name' box. This is only for your own personal use and will not be reflected within the proposal.
