The final item on the Enrollment Checklist is to "Enroll the group!" Here, you are able to track your progress at any point during the enrollment, download individual documents or the full packet, and most importantly, submit the enrollment to either your general agency or directly to the carrier.
First, click on "Enroll the Group" from the enrollment checklist to bring you to enrollment progress section. Here, you can see your group's progress and identify if you’re missing any required information. Similar to the enrollment checklist, you can view which steps of enrollment are complete or incomplete with the color coded circles next to each checklist item.
Once all of the items on the enrollment checklist have been completed, you can download a copy of the completed enrollment for your own records by clicking the "Download Packet" button right underneath the enrollment progress section.
Further down the page, you can also download any of the individual enrollment documents by clicking the download button next to that particular document.
Once all items on the enrollment checklist have been completed, you are ready to submit the enrollment to either your general agency or directly to the carrier. All you have to do is click the "Submit" button - it's that easy!
