With Benefix, you're able to create a new quote for a group you previously quoted using our ReQuote tool. This feature is perfect when you want to run a renewal but save historical quoting data.
**NOTE** This feature does not copy previously selected plans into the new quote.
To use the ReQuote tool, head to the "Quotes" page from your dashboard or sidebar menu. Find the quote you'd like to use and click on the clockwise arrow button to begin a new quote from this group.
This new quote will have the same name as the original quote, followed by a (1). The quote will automatically reflect the company information, such as pay period and zip code, as well as the census of the original quote.
You're also able to access this feature from the "Groups" page within your account.
The effective date of your new quote with automatically be set to the 1st of the following month. You can easily change the effective date in Step 1 by clicking on the calendar icon and using the arrows to move between months.
