By default, you will receive rate status updates for all carriers in states that are turned on for your account. If you'd like to unsubscribe from emails regarding a specific carrier, you can easily update your email settings by following the steps below!

To stop receiving emails for a particular carrier:

1. On your dashboard, click on "Products."

2. Click on the state in which the carrier resides.

3. Click on the slider button at the top of the carrier box to turn off email communications (the slider will be grey if you DO NOT want to receive emails).
