The Chat button provides you with the support you deserve 😎 Get guided to your answer via the Troubleshooting Assistant and get connected with a member of the Customer Experience Team.

Start a Conversation

1. Click on the blue chat button in the lower right corner of your page on Benefix:

2. Choose which help experience you need from the welcome screen:

"Messages": Click this to start using the Troubleshooting Assistant and contact the CX Team

"News": Learn more about the latest Benefix enhancements

"Help": Use this like a Google search to find your answer in our Help Center

Troubleshooting Assistant

After clicking "Messages", our Troubleshooting Assistant will start guiding you to the help you need. If the Troubleshooting Assistant doesn't resolve your question, you'll always be connected with a member of the CX Team:

1. "How Do I..." is the educational section. Consider where you are within the platform and the action you're looking to perform, then choose the coordinating options to pull up quick answers.

2. "I'm Seeing a Problem" will help triage the problem you're experiencing, rule out possible errors, and then connect you with the right CX Team Member.

3. "Update Account" will help you work through any changes you need to make to your personal or brokerage setup.

4. "Submit an Idea" allows you to share your thoughts on how we can improve the platform. If you have a question or need assistance, you will want to click on one of the above options as this section will not connect you with a member of our team.

"How Do I" - Educational Section

Get immediate answers to your questions about anything in Benefix with step-by-step directions and visual guides. Choose this section to learn how to:

  • Find Quarter Rates and available carriers

  • Edit and manage new and renewing groups

  • Find specific plans

  • Add Employer Contributions

  • Quote multi-option or multi-plan groups

  • Enroll a group digitally

  • And more!

"I'm Seeing a Problem" - Error Section

Get help ruling out possible errors, then get connected with the right CX Team Member to investigate. Choose this section when:

  • Seeing an error message

  • Proposal won't generate

  • Rates aren't matching your group's renewal letter

  • Seeing eligibility or availability problems

  • Census Upload Trouble

  • Other issues that are blocking you

"Update Account" - Settings/Preferences Section

Learn how to make changes to your account for yourself and your brokerage. Choose this section when:

  • Teammates need to be added or removed

  • Brokerage Logo/Colors have changed

  • Password needs to be updated

  • Contact Information has changed

  • Setting quoting preferences

  • Other account changes

"Submit an Idea" - Feature Requests Section
