You can either add the optional column "eligibility_qualifier" to your census with one of these values:

-disabled
-full_time_student
-other_pa_act_4_eligibility

OR

You can add the dependent on step 2 after the census upload has already occurred.

  1. Once you have uploaded your census, click on "edit census"

2. Manually add the dependent by selecting the subscriber you want to connect the dependent to

3. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and select "save and add dependent"

4. Enter in the dependent's information, select your dependent status and press "save"

State by State Exceptions:

Pennsylvania
-In Pennsylvania, under Act 4, dependents may be 29 years old or younger if they:

  • are a full-time student OR a resident of PA
    AND
  • are unmarried, have no dependents, and have no other healthcare eligibility

New Jersey
-In New Jersey, under DU31, dependents may be 30 years old or younger if they:

  • are a full-time student OR a resident of NJ
    AND
  • are unmarried, have no dependents, and have no other healthcare eligibility

New York
-In New York, under Age 29, dependents may be 29 years old or younger if they:

  • live, work, or reside in NY
    AND
  • are unmarried, and have no other healthcare eligibility

Wisconsin
-In Wisconsin, under state law, dependents may be 27 years old or younger if they:

  • are unmarried, and have no other healthcare eligibility
