With Benefix, uploading your census information is just a few simple steps away!
First, you'll want to make sure that your census is formatted correctly. Double-check that you're using the correct template for your small group, that everything is spelled correctly, and that your census is saved as a .csv, .xls, or .xlsx file.
After you've verified your file is ready to go, head to step 2 of the quoting process and click the blue "Upload Census" button. Select the cloud icon to choose the correct file from your computer, and then click "Upload" to import your census.
If you already have census information in your quote and you'd like to add an additional census file, you'll want to upload your file by clicking the blue "Upload & Add" button.
If you'd like to simply replace an existing census, you'll want to upload your file by clicking "Upload & Replace."
NOTE* If you have more than one sheet within your file, you will be prompted to choose the sheet you would like to input.
