You can easily change and/or reset your password, and unlock your account.
Password Requirements
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
A minimum of 8 total characters
At least one special character (e.g., ! @ #)
Change your Password
1. Click “Your Information” from your Account Menu in the top right corner.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the web page and enter your current password, as well as the new password you would like to change it to. Click “Update Your Info” to save your changes.
Forgot Password?
1. On your login web page, select “Forgot?” which can be found on the right-hand side below your email subject field.
2. 'Forgot?" will take you to the next web page "Retrieve Password" where you will enter your email address.
3. You will be sent an email that includes a link to “Change My Password.” Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Unlock your Account
1. On your login web page, select “Unlock Your Account.”
2. Enter your email address and you will be sent an email that includes a link to “Unlock My Account.” Click the link and follow the instructions to unlock your account.
